Pan-fried celeriac

Ingredients:

- celeriac
- polenta
- egg
- salt

Peel and cut celeriac into slices (4-5mm).



Bring water to the boil and cook peaces of celeriac for few minutes. Set aside to cool.
In one bowl mix 2-3 eggs, in the second bowl pour palenta.

Put one slice into the egg mixture,


then into palenta.



Heat the oil and fry celeriac on the both side.



I served with lettuce salad, spring onion and mashed spinach.

Millet with vegetables

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cooked millet
- carrot..........1 pcs
- onion...........1 pcs
- spinach........2 cup

How to cook millet:
Rinse millet in a cold wather. Put it in a large saucepan 1 cup millet and 3 cup water and cover. Cook for a bout 15-20 min. Don't stir. Let sit for 10 minutes to soak all wather.


Cook onion and carott on olive oil. Then put spinat. Cook for 5-7 min. and add cooked millet. Stir, put some salt, peper and serve hot.

Bok choy

Ingredients:

- cooked wholewheat

- bok choy..........2 cup
- onion.................1
- sweetcorn........1 cup
- paprika............1

On the olive oil cook first onion then paprika , bok choy and sweetcorn. Cook for about 10 min........and serve hot with cooked wholewheat or rice or some other grain.

Quinoa with vegetables

Ingredients:

- onion .............. 1
- leek................. 1/2
- garlic............... 2-3
- carrot............... 1
- cauliflower ....... 1/2
- paprika.............1
- almond............ 20
- sesame............ 1 table spoon
- sweetpotato.....1
- tamari sause
- quinoa.............1 cup

Cook quinoa for 15 minutes in a bowlin water.

Cut all vegetables.



On the olive oil fry frst onion after few minutes add parpika and leek then garlic, carrot, cauliflower, sweet potato, almonds and sesame.



Cook for about 10-15 minutes , vegetable should be crisp and juicy.



Put tamari sauce , cook for 2 minutes and serve hot. Put quinoa in the centar of the plate.


Chick-peas with vegetables and whole oats

Ingredients:

- onion..............1
- paprika..........1
- carrot.............1
- spinach..........300 gr
- sweetcorn.....1 cup
- chick-peas....1 1/2 cup cooked
- whole oats.....1/2 cup cooked


Heat the oil in a large pan and add choped onion and cook 5 min then add chopped paprika and carrot. Cook for few minutes and add cooked chick-peas and cooked oats. Mix well add spinach and cook for 10 minute more. Put salt and paper.
Serve hot.

Brown rice with shiitake mushrooms and vegetables

Ingredients:

- 1 cup..............brown rice (cooked)
- 1 ....................paprika
- chard.............bunch
- 1.....................onion
- 10-15...........almonds
- 5-6...............shiitake mushrooms

Stew for few minutes on the oliv oil 1 onion, than add paprika then shiitake and on the end chard. Put 10-15 almonds. Stew for 10 minutes more and add cooked rice. Stir well and serve hot.

Salad:

- grated cucumber
- dill
- rice vinegar

Milett and mungo beans soup

Ingredients:

- millet.........................1 cup
- mungo beans............1 cup

Cook millet and mungo beans in 1 l of water for 30minutes.

When soup is cooked , Serve in individual soup bowls and sprinkle with raw carrot.
You can also serve with breaded cauliflower.

Adzuki beans with sunflower seeds

Ingredients:

- adzuki beans
- raw sunflower seeds
- parsley
- kombu sea vegetable
- tamari sauce

Cook adzuki beans together with kombu.
Cook for about 60-90 min on the shock way it means that you have from time to time to add cold water (1/2 cup)
Sunflower seeds put on the hot saucepan and fry but without oil for 3-4 minutes.
Squeeze out water from the dazuki, and put it on the bowl. Add seeds and parsley.
Mix together and add tamary or soy sauce.

Chinese cabagge rolls

Ingredients:

For rolls:
-carrot (cooked)
-nori (sea vegetables)
-chinese cabagge ( few sheets)

Dip :
-parsley
-tamari
-sesame


Pickoff few sheets of cabagge and boil it for only 1-2 minutes. Cooked carrot roll into nori and then all together roll in cabagge sheet. Cut it on 2-3 pcs.
