Ingredients:
- onion .............. 1
- leek................. 1/2
- garlic............... 2-3
- carrot............... 1
- cauliflower ....... 1/2
- paprika.............1
- almond............ 20
- sesame............ 1 table spoon
- sweetpotato.....1
- tamari sause
- quinoa.............1 cup
Cook quinoa for 15 minutes in a bowlin water.
Cut all vegetables.
On the olive oil fry frst onion after few minutes add parpika and leek then garlic, carrot, cauliflower, sweet potato, almonds and sesame.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes , vegetable should be crisp and juicy.
Put tamari sauce , cook for 2 minutes and serve hot. Put quinoa in the centar of the plate.
